About the Company

JSC “4-sonli montaj boshqarmasi” carries out construction, electrical installation, modernization, and reconstruction works for highly complex and strategically important facilities throughout Uzbekistan, including the Novo-Angren Thermal Power Plant, Takhiatash Thermal Power Plant, Talimarjan Thermal Power Plant, Syrdarya Thermal Power Plant, the MAN plant in Samarkand, substations in the Tashkent and Fergana regions, and many others. Today, JSC “4-sonli montaj boshqarmasi” performs installation and major repair works for electrical systems and instrumentation & automation systems at thermal and hydroelectric power plants, substations up to 500 kV, electrical equipment for industrial enterprises, gas and compressor stations, and cable lines up to 110 kV. The company also provides transportation of oversized and heavy cargo, as well as construction works using its own fleet, equipment, and specialized machinery. As of March 1, 2023, the company employs 1,020 people, including 42 administrative management personnel, 67 engineering and technical specialists, and 911 production workers. Among them, 156 employees have more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector. The company regularly conducts technical and economic training programs aimed at improving staff qualifications and professional development directly at production sites. Out of 42 administrative staff members, 40 have higher education degrees. Among 67 engineering and technical employees, 62 hold higher education qualifications, while the remaining specialists possess secondary specialized education and extensive construction industry experience.
